The Center for Natural Wellness is excited to welcome Takara Howard, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor to our practice. Takara is also a Certified Yoga Instructor trained in Ashtanga style focusing mainly on private yoga sessions.
Takara views both her massage and yoga sessions as a work of art, in that each are unique and molded to suit your specific needs. She focuses her work and finds her passion in helping others on their wellness journey through the flow of techniques, positions, and energy/prana.

We are pleased to inform you that we now offer early morning hours! Many patients have expressed that they prefer to come in earlier in the morning then our schedule allowed them to.
The new schedule will also leave openings in early afternoon, which were normally monopolized by our lunch hour. We hope that the new schedule is accomodating to everyone!
